I would make the excuse that we need sedative needles because we need a quicker way of pacifying guards, but to be fair the new blunt object feature is pretty much the solution to that issue.
I feel like it's more professional to have sedative needles in 47's inventory, rather than bashing someone's skull in with a hammer, but that's just me. I don't think they're coming back, but boy do I miss that satisfying noise that the needles make when you inject a needle into someone's neck in Blood Money.
