The main loading screen (which I have spent hours staring at) could be so improved without a huge time or money commitment on the part of the developers.
Something as simple as changing the colors of the world map, as is done in the trailer videos, would go a long way towards making the game feel new, or live, or whatever.
Even better would be a moving world map that kind of hovers or Google Earth style zooms in on your location during loading.
Just an idea. If the GUI and main screens were being updated with each release it would add a lot in my book.
