Here's something I typed up on reddit:

Watched Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2 a couple days ago, and it got me thinking. Anyone who's seen any one of his films knows how stylish they are. Hitman as an idea has always been quite hilariously absurd. A bald cloned superhuman assassin that runs around stealing peoples' clothes as a means to get closer to the targets and then kills them with a variety of methods sounds utterly ridiculous, and yet the series presents this idea with an unwavering straight face, and it works so well. I feel Tarantino would be perfect in conveying this unwaveringly serious outlandishness perfectly. He's amazing at creating despicable yet likable villains, extremely hilarious scenarios despite being incredibly dark, his over the top violence would be amazing for a scene where 47 makes the kill, or alternatively where the target is doing something despicable; there's just so many aspects of the series that seem made for Tarantino.

Edit: Oh, and make it ANIMATED. HITMAN's cutscenes are amazingly beautiful.

Here's a reply as well, going over how the movie would possiblw play out:

Exactly, a single hit, told from multiple perspectives, with each perspective obscuring a crucial detail about the contract, target, and what transpires during the mission, with each other perspective holding that crucial detail that'll make everything make sense. Hitman is by no means an action game, so entertaining dialogue, and mystery would definitely help make it interesting. A psychological thriller/dark comedy, that's how you sell Hitman as a film
