Need help in PHYSICAL disc installation for hitman 2016

as i see by clicking on hitman bar in steam games library
it shows game has been 75% installed
and the rest 25% is being downloaded

but DLC box
under achievments section shows..

hitman leagcy suit installed
hitman full experience installed
ica chrome pistol , explosive duck installed..

but none of the episodes are being shown as installed
every episode from 1-6 is shown to be NOT INSTALLED????

how?

it installed from 4 discs:/
what was it installing from the four discs then?

now what is this remaining 25% being downloaded

HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED REALLY
also
theres no tutorials available for how to properly install this game for those who bought physical release like i did

need help here
