There's also an app, but it mostly only informs you about Elusive Targets, but what if the app was expanded into like a mini Social Media app for the "World of Assassination".
So you get alerts about what your friends have been up to, or what Contracts they've made, send/receive messages as well as alerts about the Elusive Targets.
It can also be made immersive, like it appears like an ICA Agent's phone app would. And the Status of you or your HITMAN friends is done "in-fiction" like: it says this friend was "last seen in Sapienza at 14:00 hrs 13 July 2017".
I dunno... might be cool.
