The particular challenge that won't unlock is called "Escalating the situation", and gives the TAC convert SMG as a reward. The challenge says you must complete 10 escalation contracts. I've completed the 15 that are in the game and it still won't unlock.
I'm playing on PC. Anyone else have this issue?
