It doesn't seem to me that it is, due to Dalia's body always being seen by people in the auction after you have sniped her on the balcony. I have poisoned and knocked out Novikov's bodyguard and the security guard sitting overlooking the helipad so that takes care of Novikov's body being spotted but Margoli's position for being sniped makes this really hard.
I have even tried setting the fire alarm off in the auction room but they all just stand around panicking and don't exit the building as I was hoping they would.
I'm sure someone will come up with some crazy way of doing this eventually but has anybody got any ideas?
