Spoilers from here, if you haven't completed this escalation yet:
OK, I have a major issue with this escalation. In order to complete it with as close to 'silent assassin' rating as possible (SA rating is impossible), you need to kill NPCs who aren't the targets.
This bothers me hugely, because since Hitman Contracts, and perhaps earlier, there has never been a Hitman mission that requires you to kill non-targets in order to complete it. Every single mission has been doable using pacifications or stealth, with the only deaths being the specified targets.
But the mixed requirement in this escalation of no pacifications, plus the need to wear disguises that can only be taken from other people, creates a necessity to kill for clothes - something outside of the ethos of the cool professional.
It goes against the game's central premise. 47 is supposed to be the perfect assassin.
Not only that, but the fact that you can't get a perfect SA rating on this level is very sloppy. Developers: fix this escalation. Swap out the no pacification requirement with a time limit or lasers or something, or drop some clothes in a pile, even if it's right on the other side of the map and a real chore to get to.
And yes, I did actually comb the ENTIRE map trying to find a pile of clothes, because I couldn't believe the devs screwed this up. But they aren't there. You can't complete this escalation without killing civilians.
So sloppy.
