The reason I use the Rubber Duck instead of normal explosives is because when Viktor finds a normal explosive, he goes to tell a guard about it, but with the duck, he just picks it up for himself instead (as he sees no threat in it)
The second mine throw makes so that the guard that is on the balcony with Dalia hears it and comes down, so he doesn't die to the Gas Heater explosion.
Also it seems that the "Body Found" doesn't count if you exit the mission fast enough, even though the notification popped on the screen.
