Elusive Targets Canon

Vito Duric, could be a gunrunner for Zaydan and Crystal Dawn, bur never partaking in extraction of CHSB
So what do you think. Are the Elusive Targets as characters canon, but the Elusive Target missions, being not canon and their stories altered from the Hits? Or do you think Elusive Targets exist, but for excample Pertti would be living in a retirement home in Finland, having never been a bookkeeper. Or Jonathan Smythe, could even be just a McDonalds worker, in middle of his studies? It would be pretty disapointing if Elusive Targets do not exist at all in the Main Universe

There would be some limitations (only missed contracts being the selected ones) and Will provide a second chance to try getting Silent Assasin and costumes from specific locations (e.g. Doing The Ex-Dictator and The Gold Digger for the Bangkok suit)

Blue Screen and Crashing issues

The worst thing is that I need to constantly save if I don’t want to lose my progress, which also somewhat ruins the experience.
